The best TV deals in the UK this August

1. 48in LG C1 (Was £949; now £823)

The LG C1 was our favourite TV of 2021 and remains an outstanding option despite the arrival of its even more impressive successor, the LG C2. It's been as low as £799 but is still a great buy at £826.

2. 43in Sony Bravia X72K (Was £599; now £499)

The X72K is Sony's entry-level LCD LED option for 2022 and has only been available for a month or so, so this Prime Day deal comes as a bit of a surprise. Unlike most of Sony's range of televisions, the X72K uses Android TV as its operating system rather than Google TV.

3. 50in LG NANO75 (Was £399; £349)

This affordable 4K telly uses LG Nanocell technology to improve picture quality and features a smart design that'll look great on just about any TV cabinet. As is the case with all LG televisions, the NANO75 runs webOS, which is our favourite operating system and makes navigating the wide range of streaming services a breeze.

4. 43in TCL P617K (was £298; now £229)

The 43in model of TCL's budget P619K 4K TV is currently back down to its cheapest price ever on Amazon, making it all the more value for money. For this price, you're getting a slim design that is easy to wall-mount and the Android TV smart platform, with all the usual apps and streaming services.

5. 50in Hisense AE7000F (was £377; now £279)

Hisense doesn’t have quite the same reputation as big hitters like Samsung and LG but its TVs tend to be more affordable as a result. The 2020 AE7000F is a case in point and is a great option if you’re after an impressive screen size to money spent ratio.
